BG Office Furniture has expanded its catalogue to 361 models in late September 2026. Ten new products entered this batch, all aimed at the two requests that dominate project enquiries from Indonesia: desk density on open-plan floors, and vertical storage for archives and books.
The batch adds three bench workstations, two bookcases, a 1200 mm staff desk and four executive or manager desk sets that already include their cabinets. Every model can be ordered individually or combined in a mixed container to lower the logistics cost per unit.
Modular bench workstations: BG-2360W, BG-2521W, BG-2474W
Three new bench models target open-plan floors that must seat many staff without feeling crowded. BG-2360W uses a 2400×1200×750 mm bench module seating 2–4 workstations, with a 1200×1200 mm variation for corner placement.
BG-2521W and BG-2474W come in 1200 mm and 2400 mm wide units, so a bench row can be extended as the team grows — without dismantling the installed system. All three use a centralized cable path under the work surface with grommets, plus an optional screen partition for visual privacy between seats.
Vertical storage: B811A and B811B bookcases
For archives and books, the B811A bookcase offers three levels with adjustable shelves, while B811B adds doors that keep documents free of dust. Both use moisture-resistant melamine panels, and shelf sizing matches the A4 binders and F4 folders common in Indonesian offices.
1200 mm staff desk BG-2585 and the new executive sets
On the single-desk side, BG-2585 arrives at 1200×600×750 mm — the most footprint-efficient size for open offices, in five finishes. Four further models complete management rooms:
- BG-2547 — 2400×1200 mm executive desk set with a 2000×400×1200 mm side cabinet and an 800×500×590 mm side table.
- BG-2601 — 1800×1600 mm desk plus a 2400×400×900 mm low cabinet and a coffee table for guest seating.
- BG-2581 — 2000×1600 mm desk with a 2000×400×1600 mm tall cabinet.
- BG-2510 — 1600×800 mm manager desk with side cabinet and tall cabinet, sized for a room of roughly 3×3 m.
Desk density and space planning
Choosing between a 2400 mm bench and a 1200 mm staff desk decides how many people can work on one floor. As a first estimate, modular benches give 1.2 m of working width per person, while individual 1200×600 mm desks separate seats more firmly.
