For standard items, MOQ is generally 5–10 pcs per model. For OEM/ODM customization, MOQ is 20–50 pcs depending on complexity. For first orders, we support low MOQ so you can test the market with minimal risk.

Standard production is 25–35 days after order confirmation and deposit. Urgent orders can be expedited to 15–20 days. Sea freight to Jakarta takes 7–10 days, to Surabaya 10–14 days.

T/T: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight is also accepted for large orders. Multi-currency payment supported (USD, EUR, CNY and more).

Form E is the ACFTA Certificate of Origin. With Form E, the import duty on office furniture (HS 9403) into Indonesia is 0%. BG issues and includes Form E with every shipment to Indonesia at no extra charge.

Quotations can be FOB Shenzhen (ex-factory) or CIF Jakarta/Surabaya (including sea freight + insurance). Choose what suits you best.

Yes. We accept customization of colors, sizes, finishes, logos and exclusive designs. Our design team sends technical/3D drawings within days of receiving your brief.

5-year structural warranty. For quality issues proven to be factory-side, we take responsibility per contract terms.

Yes, and it is highly recommended. You can combine several models in one 20ft/40ft container to optimize logistics cost. Our team helps plan the loading.

Yes. Our standard export packing (carton + foam + pallet) is designed for sea journeys. We take responsibility for damage caused by improper packing.

Yes. Samples can be produced for standard and custom items. Sample costs are generally rebated on your first bulk order.

Our factory is ISO 9001 certified. For categories required in Indonesia (e.g. metal file cabinets), we can coordinate with your importer on SNI requirements.
