BG Office Furniture has expanded its catalogue to 371 models in late September 2026. Ten new products entered this batch with a different focus from the previous one: guest areas, meeting rooms and archive storage came first — the three zones distributors and interior contractors in Indonesia request most often.
Every new model can be ordered individually or combined in a mixed container with other models, keeping logistics cost per unit efficient even when order quantities per model are small.
Guest areas: coffee tables BG-2502NT and BG-2568T
BG-2502NT is a 1200×600×450 mm coffee and tea table offered in six finishes — walnut, black oak, black, graphite, natural oak and white — so a single model can serve the lobby, a director's guest room and waiting areas with different atmospheres. The 450 mm height was chosen to sit proportionally with standard lounge sofas.
For executive guest rooms that need a firmer look, BG-2568T comes in a black oak finish that matches the desk and cabinet of series 2568. Both use melamine surfaces resistant to coffee and tea stains.
Meeting rooms: three capacities, one design language
This batch adds three meeting tables for different needs:
- BG-2502MT24 — a 2400×1200×750 mm conference table for 8–12 participants, with a central cable path and optional power modules.
- BG-2521MT — an oval meeting table for 6–8 people, boat-shaped so every participant faces the others.
- BG-2615MT — a meeting table seating up to 12, finished in green as an accent for neutral meeting rooms.
All three use long-span construction reinforced with a steel frame, so the surface stays flat through back-to-back meetings all day.
Staff desks, cabinets and the L-shape director desk
On the work-desk side, BG-2516S arrives at 1200×600×750 mm for open offices, while BG-2516S2 is modular so 1200 mm and 1400 mm units can be mixed in one row.
For storage, BG-2522B comes in two lengths, 1600 mm and 2000 mm, and BG-2592B is offered as a one-door or two-door unit in light oak. Both use moisture-resistant melamine panels with adjustable shelves sized for A4 binders and F4 folders.
Completing the batch, BG-2568L is an L-shape director desk that uses the corner of a management office, separating the private work zone from guest seating without adding footprint.

Notably, the two new coffee tables and the reception desks reveal the same demand pattern: clients no longer buy furniture piece by piece, they plan the entire guest zone — reception desk, sofa, coffee table and display storage together.
