BG Office Furniture has updated its catalogue to 391 models in early October 2026. Ten new products entered this batch — covering premium director rooms, offices with specific colour palettes, open-plan team areas, and modular storage.
Every new model is produced in a 10,000 m² ISO-certified facility in Foshan and can be ordered individually or combined in a mixed container with ACFTA 0% duty via Form E.
Premium director desks & office sets
The highlight of this batch is the BG-2589, a premium L-shape director desk with a soft illuminated accent panel and integrated storage under the desk span. Complementing it, the BG-2560LA set pairs an L-shape desk with a matching storage cabinet in four standard finishes, while the BG-2565 brings a director desk set with a matching coffee table for the in-room guest area.
Six finishes for management rooms
For projects with a specific colour palette, the BG-2528 ships in six standard finishes — from black and dark grey to natural and grey oak. The BG-2507 offers six colour options including white for brighter interiors, and the BG-2503L white L-shape director desk completes the light-finish line. One more model, the BG-2539 with geometric line-pattern side panels, stands out for textured modern director rooms.
Bench workstation & coffee table
For team areas, the BG-2572W4 modular bench workstation for up to 4 stations offers privacy screens between desks and central cable management — units can be added as the team grows. On the lounge side, the BG-2546T office coffee table with an open under-shelf adds magazine and utility storage beneath the tabletop.
Modular storage
The BG-2568B modular storage cabinet with textured panels closes the batch: adjustable shelves, moisture-resistant material, and modules that match the 2568 desk series for one unified storage wall.
Quality control before shipment
Every unit passes three inspection stages: incoming material QC, assembly QC (panel joints, alignment, drawer and hinge function), and pre-shipment QC with photos and video sent to the buyer before the container leaves the factory. For project orders, third-party inspections on the buyer's behalf are also welcome.
Project support & shipping
All new models ship knock-down in standard export cartons — safe for lifts and stairwells. Estimated production takes 25–35 working days, plus 7–10 days of ocean transit to Jakarta or Surabaya ports. Distributors, fit-out contractors and project owners can combine several models in one mixed container to cut logistics cost per unit; finish samples are available in 7–10 working days for verification before mass production. Q4 production slots are filling up, so project orders should be locked in early to keep delivery dates aligned with building handover schedules.
