BG Office Furniture has updated its catalogue to 401 models in early October 2026. Ten new products entered this batch — strengthening the director desk line, modular team workstations, and office storage.
Every new model is produced in a 10,000 m² ISO-certified facility in Lecong, Foshan, and can be ordered individually or combined in a mixed container with ACFTA 0% duty via Form E.
Five new director desk variants
The batch opens with the BG-2531 L-shape executive desk with integrated side cabinet in four finishes — walnut, black, natural oak and grey. A formal black variant arrives as the BG-2518L black L-shape director set with cabinet and storage unit. For management rooms needing extra storage, the BG-2577A brings a drawer cabinet with open shelves, while the BG-2578A pairs the desk with a matching bookshelf unit. The straight line closes with the BG-2580A featuring a modern slatted front panel and side cabinet for elongated rooms.
Three modular workstations for teams
For team areas, the BG-24825W offers 2-to-4 station benches with privacy screens and mobile pedestals per station; the BG-24826W brings 1200–2400 mm modules for flexible row or island layouts. A corner model, the BG-2370W two-user L workstation, completes the options for smaller teams.
New storage cabinets
On the storage side, the BG-2546B cabinet with open shelving, display area and drawer matches the 2546 desk series — ideal for director rooms that need display. The BG-2576B 4-door filing cabinet with a central open shelf adds A4/F4 filing capacity with quick access.
Project support & shipping
All new models ship knock-down in standard export cartons — safe for lifts and stairwells. Estimated production takes 25–35 working days, plus 7–10 days of ocean transit to Jakarta or Surabaya ports. Distributors, fit-out contractors and project owners can combine several models in one shipment to cut logistics cost per unit; finish samples are available in 7–10 working days for verification before mass production.
Quality control & OEM options
Before shipment, every unit goes through pre-shipment inspection: dimensions and specifications are checked against the order, parts and accessories are counted per set, and the QC team documents photos and videos for customer approval before the container is sealed. For larger projects, BG also accepts OEM/ODM customisation: desk dimensions, finishing options and logo panels for reception areas can be tailored, with approval samples and QC photos before the full batch runs. E0 MDF panels and powder-coated steel frames remain the backbone of the entire line.
