BG Office Furniture has expanded its catalogue again: ten new models are now live, bringing the total to 551 products. The October 2026 batch balances the three needs importers and interior contractors ask for most: leadership offices, team work areas, and the first thing a visitor sees — the reception desk.
A reception desk with a geometric panel
Model BG-2608 is the new face of our reception line: a single-station front desk with a light wood top, dark grey sides and a geometric cut-out on the front panel. Two side cabinets with doors store documents and reception supplies, while a central open compartment holds parcels and brochures. The front panel can be branded with a company logo.
Five new director and executive desks
The executive line gains five models with distinct characters. BG-2511 brings an L-shape desk with a hutch and a glass-door niche — documents stored, awards displayed. BG-2522L pairs a side cabinet with three dark wood doors and one beige door with metal grid legs, while BG-2549L offers a glossy white top with metallic cantilever legs for a brighter leadership room.
For tighter rooms, BG-2501F moves storage into a cabinet under the desk, and BG-2570 is a minimalist piece with four chrome legs and a recessed cable-management cut-out. One new manager desk, BG-2556F, completes the middle-management segment with an integrated cabinet at 1600 mm.
Workstations and cabinets for open offices
Two two-person workstations join the catalogue: BG-2503WD with a white bench and two beige fabric privacy screens, and BG-2516W2 with a grey fabric screen, a locking mobile pedestal and a fixed cabinet. Both are modular, so they can be arranged in rows, face to face, or as a team island.
Storage grows with BG-2543B — a four-door two-tone cabinet with flush-mounted doors without protruding handles, suited to A4/F4 files in offices and project archives.
Why this batch matters for mixed containers
The ten models were chosen so they can ship in one mixed container with other categories: director desks, workstations, reception and cabinets use complementary finish ranges. An importer sending one container for a single office building can mix all four categories without worrying about mismatched colours.

Production and shipping schedule
Production of the new models takes 25–35 working days after deposit, plus 18–25 days of sea freight to Tanjung Priok. For delivery before the end of the year, orders should be confirmed within the next two weeks so goods arrive ahead of the peak season.
